Tocatì Kids SRLS and related services are made available to you according to the following terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tocatì Kids srls is an online platform specialized in the sale of used clothes for children aged 0 to 16, following a collection and reconditioning process. In fact, Tocatì Kids srls also provides a home collection service for unused clothes, with the aim of subjecting them to a reconditioning process before putting them on sale again. Our service aims to give new life to previously owned clothing items, promoting a sustainable approach and allowing families to participate in a virtuous cycle of conscious consumption.
Tocatì Kids srls is committed to simplifying the lives of families during the change of season in the little ones' wardrobe. If you want to get rid of clothes that have become too small, Tocatì Kids srls offers a free* home collection service through 2 options:
- SEND FOR FREE to Tocatì Kids srls
- Receive COMPENSATION IN THE FORM OF A VOUCHER of €2 per kg of clothes
We do not ask for any type of selection of the goods because the goods received
- It will be refurbished and resold on the site or
- will be transformed into other products
COLLECTION OF ITEMS
Tocatì Kids srls is committed to offering families a complete service, managing the entire process free of charge*, from collection to sale of the items.
The collection of items ranges from 5 to 20 kilos. Under 5 kilos Tocatì Kids does not accept the request. Above 20 kilos, the excess goods can still be sent to Tocatì Kids but at your own expense, and the Voucher will be issued in the same way with the same disbursement criterion.
Here's how the withdrawal works step by step:
- Whether you decide to send or receive the Voucher for free, the first step is to register on the site in the MY ACCOUNT section
- Once your registration has been confirmed, download the WITHDRAWAL FORM that you will find on the MY ACCOUNT page which you will need to print, fill in and sign
- Send the completed and signed form to info@tocatikids.com
- You will be contacted by Tocatì Kids srls for collection arrangements in which you can provide your preference of day and time and based on your address:
- Local Collection Service - within 30 km of Bassano del Grappa (VI):
One of our representatives will go to your home free of charge to collect the clothes.
- National Collection Service - over 30 km from Bassano del Grappa (VI):
We organize the collection of the goods via courier directly to your home according to your availability
- The collected goods will be weighed once received (without any selection) and if you have opted for the compensation, you will receive a discount VOUCHER relating to the weight (€2 for each kilo)
- You will receive confirmation of receipt of the goods and of the issuing of the VOUCHER
- This VOUCHER can be used within 60 days of issue on your next purchase by entering it when checking out the order. Vouchers cannot be combined with each other.
THE VOUCHER
The maximum value of a single voucher is €40:
- Up to 20 kilos of clothes (= €40 voucher) the discount will be paid in a single solution.
- Above 20 kilos of clothes, the discount will be paid in 2 or more vouchers, for a maximum of €40 per voucher

Object of the contract
The "online" contract, accepted on the website www.tocatikids.com, is intended to be stipulated between Tocatì Kids srls with registered office in Viale called e-commerce.
By consumer we mean, in relation to contracts for the sale of goods or the provision of services, the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out.
With the term e-commerce we refer to all those activities and exchanges of information that revolve around economic transactions between individuals and organizations, including public administrations.
Below are the conditions of sale established by the supplier, Tocatì Kids srls reserves the right to update or modify these conditions of sale at any time, in consideration of any regulatory changes and company strategies. In this case, the date of publication on www.tocatikids.com will prevail
Purchase methods
The Customer can purchase the products present in the electronic catalog which can be viewed online at www.tocatikids.com, as described in the relevant information sheets.
It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color shades, also due to the technical differences in the monitors from which the object is viewed.
Tocatì Kids srls does not provide any guarantee on the information published on the site and does not assume any responsibility for damages resulting from its use; in this regard, no guarantee or declaration is made in relation to the accuracy of the information and no responsibility is accepted for errors or omissions in the content.
The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive a confirmation communication from the order at the end of the procedure; you will also receive a summary email indicating the relevant order number. The message presents all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Nannafrufru guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
All prices entered on the site are VAT included.
Prices may be changed at any time, without notice.
Terms of payment.
The Customer will be able to choose between one of the methods indicated in the order form at check out. In no case will the Customer be charged costs higher than those actually incurred by Tocatì Kids srls, in relation to the chosen payment instrument.
Credit card (We accept credit cards with the Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Maestro symbol), Apple Pay, Paypal
When you select the PayPal option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Login' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is completed, you will return to Tocati Kids.
Visa, Master Card, American, Express, Maestro and Diners cards are accepted. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.

Buyer's obligations.
The Customer undertakes and obliges, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which, moreover, he will have already viewed and accepted, as an obligatory step in the purchase, as well as the specifications of the product being purchased. The buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and the e-mail must be exclusively your real personal data and not those of third parties and/or fictitious. Tocatì Kids srls reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and protection of consumers.
Processing of personal data
The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will under no circumstances and for any reason be transferred to third parties. Tocatì Kids srls guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 of 06.30.03.

Acceptance of the order
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation to recognize your data. This is an acknowledgment of your data and is not a confirmation of your order. A contract between you and Tocati Kids is deemed confirmed upon receipt of an email with your tracking information. We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item is out of stock, does not pass our quality control stage, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment. All orders are subject to availability and order price confirmation.
Prices & availability
Although we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund. If the items you order are out of stock, due to a delay, or have errors in description or detail, we will attempt to contact you at the email address provided. If we are unable to contact you regarding out-of-stock product orders, we will cancel them within 48 hours and you will receive a full refund.
Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days subject to production, credit clearance and address verification. Shipments are insured during transit from our warehouse until the package is signed for, after which responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. Tracking information will be sent via email. If tracking information is not available, please email info@tocatikids.com. Tocatì Kids SRLS is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, please provide us with a telephone number. Any orders sent that cannot be delivered will be returned to us and the customer will bear the cost of re-delivery. You will incur a surcharge if you are not present during the specified delivery window or if you keep the delivery person waiting. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment processing. Please be aware that, during sales and busier periods, deliveries may take longer. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. To receive notification of any promotional codes or other valid offers on our site via email, simply subscribe to our newsletter.
Liability & indemnity
Except in respect of our contractual obligations to supply goods after acceptance of orders placed on our site, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives shall be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage in any way connected with the use of the website.
You hereby agree to fully indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities in respect of all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or from any liability arising from your use of this website. We may suspend your use of the Website immediately if we believe that you have breached these terms and conditions.
